Also our onine rates are only applicable when booked online. Any offers are also for a limited time.

We guarantee collection of samples within 1 hour when the test is booked between 9 AM to 4 PM. Outside this window as well, we generally collect samples by 1 hour from booking but the guarantee does not apply. You can also choose your convenient time when we reach out to confirm the booking. If any collection fails the guaranteed time, we will forego the collection charges, if any.

Yes, we understand the importance of convenience. We offer flexible blood collection timings to suit your schedule. However certain tests may require collection at a specific time of day – ex, morning or evening. In that case, the flexibility may be reduced. Otherwise, simply book a test and we will consult you about your preferred time and our phlebotomists will visit your location accordingly.

Payment can either be made securely online using UPI, a credit/debit card or other popular payment methods. Certain pre-paid methods can also offer EMI options. Payment can also be made in cash during collection if Payment on collection is selected at check-out. However, entire payment will have to be made before testing can progress.

Our labs have strict quality checks to minimize errors. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes are rare. If your doctor truly feels there is an error on our part, please ask them to explain why and include their authorized seal. We’ll issue you a full refund and also get you re-tested without any cost. Note: Minor variations are normal and not considered as an error.

Results can vary slightly between labs due to differences in equipment and re-agents or chemicals used. Variations can also occur if tests are done on different days and times, or depending on if you’ve taken certain medications. However, we are confident in the accuracy of our results. Your Doctor or primary care physician is the best person to interpret the results.
